Terms Of Service

 Pease review all of our policies to better understand our Terms of Service.  

Returns

 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Restocking fee may apply.  
  • Customer must call us to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.

Open Box

Open box items is on a case by case bases. If we accept a open box return a restocking fee will be deducted in the event you return a open box(unused item) please contact us for more information.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • In the case that the item(s) we received come back damaged we will refuse delivery. 
  • A restocking fee may be charged in the case that the item has any signs of wear/open box.  
  • You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Shipping

 If the item(s) you have purchased need to be returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or in some cases will be charged shipping cost and be fully refunded the original purchase invoice total once we receive and inspect the item. 

Once we have received your item(s) You will receive Refund within a 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Receiving Items 

 1. Must be 18 years or older to accept delivery.

2. Inspect box inside and out. If driver does not allow you to open the box please note that on the driver's receipt.

3. If you see any damage please contact us immediately. It is best to refuse delivery if you see any damage.

 Damaged Items

Upon delivery please inspect the items for any damage, if any damage is found please reject the item(s) (do not sign for it) and give us a call immediately. Customer must call us to received Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.

 Product Defect 

In the event you received a defective item please contact us immediately. Most products come with a Manufacturer Warranty in which case we will direct you to the manufacturer to receive a replacement. Customer must call us to received Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.

 Cancelling Order

BBQ Grill Outlet wants to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you need to Cancel your order, you have 24 hours. If an order is canceled AFTER 24 hours and the item has been shipped and in route, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately when wanting to cancel your order to avoid being charged shipping.

 Gifted Items/Free Items 

All free items must be returned along with your order if you are returning your purchase to us. If we do not receive the free item(s) along with original order you will be charged full price of the free item(s)
