Shipping
If the item(s) you have purchased need to be returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or in some cases will be charged shipping cost and be fully refunded the original purchase invoice total once we receive and inspect the item.
Once we have received your item(s) You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Receiving Items
1. Must be 18 years or older to accept delivery.
2. Inspect the box inside and out. If the driver does not allow you to open the box please note that on the driver's receipt.
3. If you see any damage please contact us immediately. It is best to refuse delivery if you see any damage.
Damaged Items
Upon delivery please inspect the items for any damage, if any damage is found please reject the item(s) (do not sign for it) and give us a call immediately. Customers must call us to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.
Product Defect
In the event you received a defective item please contact us immediately. Most products come with a Manufacturer Warranty in which case we will direct you to the manufacturer to receive a replacement. Customers must call us to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.
Cancelling Order
BBQ Grill Outlet wants to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours. If an order is canceled AFTER 24 hours and the item has been shipped and en route, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately when wanting to cancel your order to avoid being charged shipping.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
