Receiving Order


1. Must be 18 years or older to accept delivery.

2. Inspect the box inside and out. If the driver does not allow you to open the box please note that on the driver's receipt.

3. If you see any damage please contact us immediately. It is best to refuse delivery if you see any damage.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the BBQ Grill Outlet is here to help.


 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  •  Your item must be in the original packaging.

  •  You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  •  You will be responsible for shipping costs.

  •  Restocking fees may apply.

  •  The customer must call us to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to all returns.

Concealed Damage / Product Damage Returns: 

If you need to return a non-working item or an item with concealed damage please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.   Most delivery companies will only honor damage claims made after more than 48 hours of delivery.  Hence it is important that you thoroughly inspect all your items when they arrive.  

We will require copies of the freight bill or waybill.  When inspecting the items at the time of delivery please make sure the driver notes all visible damage on the waybill.  We will require detailed pictures of any damage in order to process your claim.   The freight company may want to schedule inspection of the damaged item.  Please keep all packaging until after the inspection is completed.  


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • In the case that the item(s) we receive are returned damaged we have the right to refuse delivery.

  • A restocking fee may be charged in the case that the item has any signs of wear or open box. 

  • You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.
